~ Meet Lindsay Porter ~

I started my fitness journey a few years ago and since then have been up and down with my results. I would sporadically work out here and there but since I started working with Morgan I have maintained a steady routine and have appreciated the care she has taken with my back injuries that have been reoccurring over the past few years.

I wanted to focus on living and being as healthy as possible and gaining a lot of muscle strength and through achieving that goal has slimmed down considerably as well. I have always struggled with keeping a consistent workout routine and knowing how to properly work out and Morgan has showed me everything I need to know every step of the way.

I am excited to say that I have reached my goal of weight loss and strength and working with Morgan has really inspired me to set new goals and stride towards being healthy and happy and strong! She has listened to what i like and don’t like and has been awesome and creative with creating plans that make me look forward to working out.
