“When I first started working out at the gym, I was working out for 2 to 3 hours, doing the same exercises every day. Since working out with Morgan, I have found new and exciting workouts and she has helped me perfect my form. I used to find weight lifting hard and a little bit intimidating, but now I love the experience of it and I no longer feel overwhelmed when I head into a gym. She is very easy going, and whenever I felt a little bit discouraged, she was always very sympathetic and helped me better understand the workout. I always look forward to my workouts!”
